Where I'm From
In my free time, I enjoy writing poetry. I have never studied poetry or taken any classes regarding the art form. It is strictly one of my favorite hobbies that allows me to express my creative side. The following poem was an assignment in my Pop Culture, Power & Identity class. The assignment entailed writing about my childhood memories and how they were effected by the media.

- I am currently a sophomore Communication Studies major with a concentration in Health Communication at The College of New Jersey. I am on the Public and Mass Communication track within the department and have a minor in Public Health. I aspire to have a career in Public Health, helping others all over the world. My hardworking and outgoing personality will help me achieve the great career aspirations I have for myself.
